These terms govern your use of After Hours, operated by Haven Games. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Contact: mikahvvind@gmail.com.

Eligibility and Discord

You must be at least 18 years old and permitted to use Discord under its applicable terms. If you choose to consume alcohol, you must meet the legal drinking age where you are and follow local law. After Hours is an independent app and is not made, sponsored, or endorsed by Discord. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s Terms and applicable platform rules.

Legal drinking age

You must be of legal drinking age in your location to consume alcohol while playing After Hours. If you are below that age, you must not consume alcohol while playing. Being eligible to use this 18+ game does not mean you are legally old enough to drink. Alcohol is never required: choose a nonalcoholic beverage or skip any drinking prompt.

Playing responsibly

After Hours provides virtual cards, prompts, votes, roles, and house rules for entertainment. Alcohol is not required. Any drink instruction is optional; you can use nonalcoholic beverages or skip without a game penalty. Do not pressure others to drink or perform a challenge, and do not use custom rules to require dangerous consumption or unsafe activity. Stop or leave whenever you wish. The game does not provide medical advice or determine whether alcohol consumption is safe for you.

Acceptable use and player content

Do not use the game for harassment, threats, discrimination, illegal activity, sharing private information without permission, or dangerous challenges. Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, steal credentials, or manipulate other players’ sessions. Hosts may remove players and manage house rules.

You remain responsible for custom prompts and rules you submit and must have the right to share them. You retain rights in your content and grant Haven Games permission to process and display it as needed to operate the game. This permission ends when the content is removed from the service, subject to retention required by law. Content is visible to other room members, who may copy it independently. Contact us to report abuse or request removal.

Availability and changes

The game is currently a prototype and may contain errors, disconnect, change, or become unavailable. Rooms and progress may be lost, including on server restarts. We may change or discontinue features and restrict access to address misuse, security, or operational needs. You may stop using the game at any time.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed to run After Hours and how to contact us about it.

Rights and limitations

Haven Games and its licensors retain rights in the game software, branding, and artwork, apart from player content and third-party materials. We grant you permission to use the game for its intended entertainment purpose, subject to these terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, Haven Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
